Barb Lehman has spent more than two decades as a senior executive helping large organizations modernize how work gets done — across financial services, media and telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals, and real estate. She works fluently at both ends of an organization, presenting strategy to CEOs and boards while staying close to the teams who have to deliver it.
Her work spans AI & Digital transformation, Process Improvement, Systems and Data Integration along with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Governance, Compliance, and Operations Management — with budgets to $70M and teams to 100+ people.
Barb holds an MBA from Widener University and a BS in Finance from Drexel. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Prosci Certified Change Leader.
She founded Tessara Solutions to bring that experience directly to organizations working through the same problems — without the layers.
Tessara Solutions is a woman-owned small business based in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. We take on a small number of engagements at a time, which is deliberate — it is what allows the principal to stay personally involved from scoping through delivery.
